Spiritual Healing

When one feels at one with the universe, nothing else matters.
Problem is holding on to that feeling.

Perfection

Perfection is non-existence, for it is only in that state that nothing more/less can be achieved; thus fulfilling the criteria of what it means to be "perfect".

Alternatively, Perfection is existence in its current, true-present state without idealisation. For without such expectations, an object/being cannot be idealised to be something more/less and therefore the entity itself would be "perfect".

young and old

To be 70 years young is sometimes far more cheerful and hopeful than to be 40 years old.

Wish i could say so for myself! (even though im not 70)

Mum attack

I dreamt i attacked my mum... in rage and with purposeful intent. It disturbs me? Yeah it does... not because its my mum. But the very fact that i could hold such thoughts of rage and violence against someone.

We are still our origins... somewhere in us lies a primitive instinct.
